Why Forward?

Valley is currently in a building campaign called FORWARD. God put a vision on our lead pastor's heart to expand the campus here at Valley for us to embrace more people in to our doors and equip them to do the work of the ministry in the Roanoke Valley and beyond. Why forward? Check out the video below as Lead Pastor David Schmaltz answers that question for us.

FORWARD: WHat next?

The plans for the FORWARD campaign include a brand new 600-seat auditorium, a brand new atrium/cafe space, and upgraded and colorful new children's classrooms. We are experiencing wonderful growth at Valley in many ways and are excited about moving forward to embrace our hope and future that God holds for Valley Community Church.

Reaching for all

We are Valley Community Church, and our doors are open to people from all backgrounds, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey.

If you’re new to Valley or are considering joining us for a service, we want you to find a place where you are warmly welcomed and feel at home, even if you’ve never been to church before. We are a non-denominational charismatic, multiracial fellowship of Bible-believing Christians in the Roanoke Rapids and Weldon, NC area.
