Mrs. Kim Taylor’s Cream Cheese Pecan Pie
Ingredients Needed to Make Pie
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Granulated sugar
(1) 8oz package of cream cheese (softenend)
4 eggs
2 teaspoons of Vanilla
(1) 9 inch unbaked pie shell
1 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1 cup light corn syrup
How to Make Cream Cheese Pecan Pie
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
2. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, 1 of the eggs, and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla at high speed until smooth. Pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle pecans over cheese mixture.
3. In a small bowl combine remaining 3 eggs, corn syrup, salt, and remaining 1 teaspoon of the vanilla; pour mixture over pecans.
4. Bake 40 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack. Store in refrigerator.
